Bryce Pinkham, BC ’05, spoke Monday in Robsham Theater as part of the Matthew R. DeVoy and John H. Devoy IV Perspective on Theatre series. Pinkham is an actor who has appeared in both theater and television productions.
Currently, he is playing the role of Peter Patrone in The Heidi Chronicles on Broadway along with Elisabeth Moss of Mad Men. In his talk, he focused on the experiences of a Broadway actor and why it is critical to create change through the arts. He was also a guest artist for two courses in the theatre department. At Boston College, Pinkham majored in communication and theatre. He then went on to earn his MFA in acting from the Yale School of Drama.
The Matthew R. DeVoy and John H. Devoy IV Perspective on Theater series is in its second year at BC. Last year, its inaugural speaker was Anne Bogart, a director and educator.
This program was made possible by a monetary gift from the DeVoy family of Newton, Mass.
