LTE: A Word Of Thanks

We have moved forward. Last year, Matt Nacier, our teammates, and I envisioned that our administration would not be a perfect one, but a full one. I accept responsibility for everything that UGBC has done over the past year. Although there have been many challenges and criticisms, it would have been a fool’s errand to attempt to please everyone all the time. We have accomplished our goal-to catalyze a more dynamic student voice.

Harassment Of Bandit Runners Unwarranted

In years past, bandit runners have proven themselves to be an accepted part of the Boston Marathon. This year, however, the Boston Athletic Association (BAA) opted to crack down on unregistered runners as part of an effort to establish stronger security following the bombings at the 2013 Marathon. In the days following the Marathon, however, it came to light that some aspiring runners found a way around the BAA’s stricter enforcement of the rules.
