I used to think closure could only be achieved through deep conversations and attempts to understand one another, like the dramatic scenes you see in movies. Admittedly, I have seen too many of these examples and may need to touch grass more often. My experiences never go down in the typical Hollywood fashion.

On Eating Disorders And Being Enough
Recovering from my eating disorder began when I threw out all of my old understandings of food and diet. After a year of treatment, I was able to think of myself as completely enough. Coming to a school at which the idea of being more is emphasized has led me to question whether it is truly good for the student body.
