The Boston College Graduate Employees Union called on the University to establish a contract that would address their concerns about harassment, pay, and health care.
Once the union selects a bargaining committee, graduate workers will vote on a slate of priorities for negotiations with BC.
The final vote was 270 in favor and 224 against.
