BC Should Cover The Incidentals For Full-Scholarship Athletes
With new autonomy from the NCAA, the ACC is likely to allow colleges to offer scholarships to athletes that cover the full cost of attendance. Should that be the case, BC should extend that to all full-scholarship athletes.
