How To Be Healthy and Successful as a Full-Time College Student

You should get eight hours of sleep per night. But first, you have to finish an assignment by midnight. And don’t forget to socialize with your roommates for a little while before starting that assignment. Oh—and before you socialize, make sure you cook yourself a healthy meal, prioritizing protein and whole foods. But make sure the meal isn’t too large. You want to be constantly losing weight.
