After Boston College football pulled out an exciting, well-fought victory against Syracuse, about a quarter of the BC student section finally trickled out of their place in Alumni Stadium. Where were the rest? Already gone, and had been gone for a while. Those empty stands were antithetical to the turnout at the previous night’s hockey game against Maine, featuring a line wrapping around the back of Conte Forum and a student section that was full and rowdy until the very end of the game.

The seats in Conte Forum were filled on Sept. 24 for the Pops on the Heights gala that featured the band Train and the Boston Pops.
The 2019 Boston College Fall Career and Internship Fair drew over 2,000 students and 152 companies to Conte Forum on Thursday, according to Associate Vice President for Career Services Joe Du Pont.

After participating in a pilot program last year, second-year Director of Athletics Martin Jarmond announced that the school has finalized its alcohol sales at both Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum.
The Eagles have lost 22 straight road conference games and six of seven away from home this year, a result of shoddy defense and off nights from two of the “Big Three.”

Lyft now has the designation of the Official Rideshare Partner of Boston College Athletics at Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum.
Conte Forum’s ceiling wasn’t the only thing to leak. The Eagles’ 3-point defense was porous, allowing Syracuse freshman Tyler Lydon to walk all over them.
