Since their “temporary” installment in 1970, the maroon, pre-fab townhouses on Lower Campus have stood as both an architectural oddity and a cultural landmark at BC. But over the decades, the Mods’ wild reputation has collided with shifting student priorities and stricter University oversight.

There are probably many reasons why Eagles aren’t dancing at parties, but I have two running theories for the phenomenon.
