Thumbs Up:
- Free Donut Day
- Dunkin is hosting Free Donut Wednesdays until April 21, which offer a free donut with the purchase of any drink. In true Massachusetts culture, Dunkies is making hump day a little less steep.
- Easter Weekend
- Due to the Easter holiday, classes are canceled on Good Friday. The shortened week is a small, but appreciated, breather that is especially sweet during a year without a Spring Break. Religious or not, a four-day week is always a thumbs up.
Thumbs Down:
- Chocolate Bar Closed
- The Chocolate Bar in Stokes Hall has been closed since the beginning of the fall semester, and there are no signs of it reopening before the end of the spring semester. Hillside and the Rat will have to suffice for now.
- Allergies
- The spring weather and blooming trees are ushering in the start of allergy season. Although Boston College’s landscaping is notoriously scenic, it’s hard to enjoy the view with watery eyes and a runny nose.
