Two Friends, this year’s Mile 21 Concert headliners, cancelled their performance this morning due to “mechanical issues with their flight,” according to an email sent out to the student body from the Boston College Division of Student Affairs Monday.

This year, on April 20, Boston residents and students alike will flock to the streets to watch nearly 30,000 athletes take on the Boston Marathon. The crowds will have many eccentric ways of showing their support––cheering, hitting cowbells, screaming as loud as possible––but perhaps the most timeless way of celebrating Marathon Monday is with a sign.

As classes wind down for Easter Break, there’s a surge of excitement among students. Funny enough, the chatter isn't filled with “What are your plans for break?” or “Where are you going for Easter?”...
