Looking back at the journey he’s gone through, James Redding can say with certainty that he’s undergone incredible growth as both a runner and a person. He hopes to inspire those looking to get into running with his own story. Despite it feeling like a chore at first, Redding said just getting out there will yield incredible outcomes.
